Terms of Service – Fixwell Appliance Repair
By scheduling service or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
Service Scope
Fixwell Appliance Repair provides diagnostic and repair services for residential household appliances. We do not provide appliance installation, appliance removal, hauling, vent cleaning, or appliance cleaning services.
Diagnostic Fee
A diagnostic fee of $95 applies to service visits. If the customer approves the repair, the diagnostic fee will be included in the total repair price.
Repair Approval
The technician will diagnose the appliance and provide the repair cost before starting the repair. Work will only begin after customer approval.
Parts and Follow-Up Visits
If replacement parts are required, they may need to be ordered and installed during a follow up visit.
Appointments
Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. Arrival windows may apply due to traffic and job conditions.
Cancellations
Customers should notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Payments
Payment is due after the service is completed unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
Fixwell Appliance Repair is not responsible for pre existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or issues that cannot be repaired due to parts availability or appliance condition.
